Beta terms

APEX is an invitation-only testing service. Projections, modeled ownership, and simulated results are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing lineups, contest rules, eligibility, and entries before submitting them to DraftKings.

The beta is pre-lock and does not submit entries or process contest fees. Billing is inactive. Access is personal to your invited account. Do not share access or redistribute licensed source data.

Operator identity, governing terms, data permissions, and the final customer agreement must be reviewed before external beta admission.
